The date was 4/11/09 Schools were gathering for a Kapahaka Festival at the Memorial Hall
Partcipants were: Parklands Whanau and Mainstream, Riwaka, Brooklyn, Ngatimoti, Mahana, Tasman, Dovedale and Motueka South. The day began with a Powhiri to a packed hall.
